Workspace Settings

The Settings page centralizes the general information and preferences of your workspace. To access it, go to Workspace > Settings. After making any changes, click Save.

The available fields are:

  • Workspace name — the display name or trade name shown on the platform, for example: Coodesh.

  • Workspace logo — the image that represents your company. To add or replace it, click Upload image. The uploaded file will appear listed below the button, with the option to delete it if needed.

  • Color — defines the primary color of your workspace. You can choose it directly from the visual selector or type the hexadecimal code in the HEX field.

  • Country — your organization's country, for example: Brazil.

  • Author — the name of the person responsible for the workspace, for example: John Smith.

Supported Languages

Defines the languages supported in your workspace.

  • Default language — the primary language displayed to users. Select an option from the dropdown menu.

  • Languages — additional languages available in the workspace. You can add or remove languages as needed.

Advanced Settings

Accessible only to company super admins. Allows you to enter additional configurations through a rich text field, with support for advanced formatting (headings, lists, code, and more) and a limit of 2,000 characters.

The workspace also records the acceptance of terms related to Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). When enabled, it indicates that the acceptance has been completed by the organization.

Reports

Allows you to configure the automatic sending of performance report emails to company administrators with an active plan. Emails are sent every Monday at the defined time.

To enable it, enter the report link in the corresponding field, turn on the Enable performance report option, and select the desired send time. While this option is off, no emails will be sent automatically.
