How to Create Whiteboard Question
Updated over 2 months ago

Whiteboard questions allow the evaluated person to draw different flows and upload files as images.

Access the Library: Go to Assessment > Library > Create > Question.

On the next screen, select the desired "whiteboard" option and click "Continue".

Filling in the Question Data:

  • Main Language: Choose from Portuguese, English or Spanish.

  • Title: Enter the title that will be displayed to the candidate.

  • Question: Detail the question that the candidate must answer in open text.

Question Settings:

  • Duration: Set an adequate time for the candidate to solve the question.

  • Level: Choose the degree of difficulty: beginner, practitioner or advanced.

  • Weight: Establish the relevance of the question in the overall context. The standard is 1, and the higher the weight, the more important the issue will be.

  • Skills: List the skills you want to assess with this question.

Guidelines for Revision:

  • Purpose of the Question: Describe in detail the purpose of the question, considering that the more information, the better.

  • How to Evaluate: Explain the method of evaluating the question.

This information is useful for the review team and for cases where artificial intelligence is used in the review.

Once created, you have the options:

  • Save to Draft: If you need to review or add information later, saved as a draft.

  • Publish to the library: To make the test available.

When you publish the questions, they will be available in " my library" and can be used in future evaluations. Questions are stored in a company-only library, accessible only to team members with permission.
