Creating audio or video questions is a simple process. Follow the steps below:
Access the Library: Go to Assessment > Library > Create > Question.
Choose the Modality: On the next screen, select the desired option (audio or video) and click "Continue".
Filling in the Question Data:
Main Language: Choose between Portuguese, English or Spanish.
Title: Enter the title that will be displayed to the candidate.
Question: Detail the question that the candidate must answer in video.
Question Settings:
Duration: Set an appropriate time for the video answer, considering the complexity of the question.
Level: Choose the degree of difficulty: beginner, practitioner or advanced.
Weight: Establish the relevance of the question in the overall context. The standard is 1, and the higher the weight, the more important the issue will be.
Skills: List the skills you want to assess with this question.
Guidelines for Review:
Purpose of the Question: Describe in detail the purpose of the question. The more information, the better.
How to Evaluate: Explain the method of evaluating the question.
This information is useful for the review team and for cases where artificial intelligence is used in the evaluation.
Once created, you have the options:
Save to Draft: If you need to review or add information later, save it as a draft.
Publish to library: To make the test available.
When you publish the questions, they will be available in "My Library" and can be used in future evaluations. Questions are stored in a company-only library, accessible only to team members with permission.
