What is LinkedIn Basic Jobs?
Coodesh automatically integrates job postings published on the platform with LinkedIn Basic Jobs.
With this integration:
Your jobs may appear in the job feed of your company’s LinkedIn page.
Candidates who click on the job on LinkedIn are redirected to Coodesh to complete their application.
To ensure that jobs are linked to your company page, you must configure your LinkedIn Company ID in your workspace.
Prerequisites
Before configuring:
Have an active Coodesh workspace.
Have management access to the company in Coodesh.
Be an administrator or have access to the company page on LinkedIn in order to locate the Company ID.
How to find your company ID on LinkedIn
You can find your company ID directly in the URL of your LinkedIn company page:
Log in to LinkedIn.
Go to your company page.
Click on “See all employees on LinkedIn” (or equivalent).
In the browser address bar, copy the number that appears in the URL — this is your company ID.

How to configure the company ID in your workspace
Once you have the company ID, configure the integration in Coodesh:
Access the Coodesh dashboard and enter your workspace.
In the side menu, click Workspace > Integrations.
Locate the LinkedIn integration in the list.
In the LinkedIn Company ID field, paste the number copied from the URL.
Click Save.
Done! From this point on, your jobs can be linked to your LinkedIn company page.
How to enable job posting on LinkedIn
When creating or editing a job in Coodesh, you can choose whether it will be sent to LinkedIn Basic Jobs:
Open the job and click Edit.
Go to the Integrations tab.
Enable the option “Show in LinkedIn job feed”.
Correctly fill in:
Job function / area of expertise (this helps LinkedIn better understand the job type).
Save the job.
Display time: Job publication or updates on LinkedIn may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Extra step: Request job indexing on LinkedIn (recommended)
In many cases, configuring the company ID and enabling job publication is enough. However, to improve consistency in job visibility, we recommend requesting indexing directly from LinkedIn support.
Confirm prerequisites
Before opening a LinkedIn ticket, make sure:
The LinkedIn Company ID is already configured in Coodesh.
At least one active job is published in Coodesh with “Show in LinkedIn job feed” enabled.
You have access to your company’s LinkedIn page (URL and basic details).

After LinkedIn confirmation
Once LinkedIn confirms indexing:
New jobs published via Coodesh are more consistently ingested.
Updates and changes may take some time to reflect on LinkedIn, depending on LinkedIn’s processing.
How to disable job posting on LinkedIn
If you want to stop displaying a job on LinkedIn:
Open the job in Coodesh and click Edit.
Go to the Integrations tab.
Disable “Show in LinkedIn job feed”.
Save the changes.
Job removal from LinkedIn may also take up to 24 hours.
Limitations and important notes
Coodesh sends jobs to LinkedIn via Basic Jobs, but final visibility depends on LinkedIn’s own criteria (relevance, location, job type, volume, etc.).
It is not guaranteed that all jobs will appear in all searches.
If your LinkedIn company page is incomplete or restricted, job indexing may be limited.
Changes made in Coodesh (title, location, description) may take several hours to reflect on LinkedIn.
