When advertising a vacancy on the Coodesh platform, your company's Recruiter will need to inform:

  • Job title;

  • Category;

  • Level (Junior, Full or Senior);

  • Format (Full-Time | Part-Time of 04 and 06 hours);

  • Location (100% Remote | Hybrid);

  • Type (Contractor | Employee);

  • Salary range;

  • Benefits;

  • Skills;

  • Requirements;

  • Differential.

Suggestions:

  • Use a job title known in the market, which is inclusive and plural in diversity. The best alternative is always to use tech job titles in English. After all, this is very common anywhere in the world, known by people who work in the tech area and position themselves well in search engines. Example: Front-end Developer - use Front-end Developer.

  • Enter the values of the salary range offered for the vacancy. In this way, our algorithm is able to more efficiently show the vacancy to people in our talent base. Our base professionals have salary preferences. It is possible to leave the values available or hidden in the field: "Salary Visibility".

  • Avoid making descriptions that are too long. Use the "Description" field to briefly describe what profile you are looking for, the team that this person will work for and, above all, responsibilities / activities that they will assume.
