After the initial analysis of the internal job (see Internal recruitment: create an internal job), the ranking reads the sources of each compatible person and orders everyone by match % with the job.
Generate the ranking
The initial analysis shows how many credits the ranking will use and how long it should take. Click Generate ranking to confirm.
The AI reads each person's sources, criterion by criterion, and returns the match % and where it matches.
The ranking runs in the background. You can leave the page: the job shows as Analysing in the job list, and the progress stays visible on the job itself.
If there is already a ranking, it stays on screen while the new analysis runs, and people show up as they are analysed.
Analyse each person
Click the name to open the person. The window shows:
Analysis by criterion: the verdict for each criterion, with the excerpt that supports it and the source it came from.
Profile: career, skills and levels, maps and assessments.
Other jobs: the open internal jobs where the person was already analysed, by match %.
Notes and history, on the side panel (see Track the internal job process).
View full profile, at the top, opens the person's profile in another tab.
Use Good suggestion or Does not make sense to record your read. The vote does not change the match %: the analysis guides you, and the decision is still yours.
Organise the list
Search and filters: search by name or role and filter by status, vote and match %. The filter stays in the page address, so you can share the link.
Hide: take out of the ranking whoever does not make sense for the job. The person goes to the Hidden tab, where you can bring them back with the same analysis.
Bulk actions: check several people and use the bar at the bottom to vote, change the status or hide them all at once. Whoever is already approved keeps the status.
Credits
The initial analysis uses no credits, not even when it runs again.
The ranking uses 1 credit per person analysed, unless your plan says otherwise. Only people actually analysed are charged: if someone's analysis fails, that person's credit is not used.
Whoever was already analysed and had no change in sources or criteria is not charged again.
Whoever the analysis could not read is not charged and comes back with Try again. The new attempt charges only the people it analyses.
If the balance does not cover the ranking, the platform warns you before it starts.
Frequently asked questions
Does generating the ranking again take anyone off the list?
No. The ranking always shows the group of the initial analysis, and the analyses already done, the votes and the statuses remain. Only people who left the company or moved to an area outside your access leave the list.
Why does someone show "New data since the last calculation"?
The person's sources changed after the analysis, for example, a new map or an updated profile. When you generate the ranking again, only that person is analysed and charged.
Do employees know they are being analysed?
No. The ranking uses data the company already has and only shows to people with access to Internal Recruitment.
