Workflow: From Briefing to Job Opening
1. Creating a New Briefing
Access the Briefings menu in the sidebar;
Click the blue Create Briefing button;
Enter the Title and select the Primary Language;
Upon saving, the editor will open with your pre-loaded template. Adjust the information as needed and save again.
2. Transforming a Briefing into a Job Opening
In the briefing list, locate the desired item;
Click the Create Job button;
The system will automatically generate a job draft with the briefing data already filled in. Simply review, apply final adjustments, and publish.
Multi-language Support
The platform supports briefings in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Use the language selector within the editor to add independent translations.
The original briefing remains saved and linked to the created job, serving as a consultation history for the HR team.
