Assessments

  • Support for new categories and careers: expansion beyond traditional tech areas (Development, Data, Product, Design, QA, Tech Support, Databases). Now also covering Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Sales, Customer Success, HR, Marketing, and Finance.

  • New tests in the library: additional tests added to meet client demand in business-related roles.

Examples of new tests

  • Situational Judgment: Leadership & People Management, Business Vision, Compliance & Ethics, Negotiation, Communication, Account Management, Time Management.

  • Logic & Cognitive Skills: Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Financial Math, Reading Comprehension, Computational Thinking, Mechanical, Spatial, Numerical, and Verbal Reasoning, Instruction Comprehension.

  • Software Skills: SAP/ABAP (advanced).

  • Role-based tests: Inside Sales, SDR/BDR (Junior and Senior), Sales Executive, Customer Success (Onboarding, Retention, Data & Strategic Relationships).

Integrity improvements

  • Screen recording: configurable sampling, browser blocking, and Session Replay for session review.

  • Image analysis with AI: configurable limits and compliance with applicable laws.

Talent experience improvements

  • Brand customization for assessment components.

  • Image zoom for better content analysis.


Skills & Workforce Planning

  • Workspace Subaccount Management: full CRUD with advanced filters (regex, department, region) and View as navigation for admins.

  • Onboarding with assessments: new step in the employee onboarding flow, linking assessments to career paths.

  • Simplified onboarding: reduced steps with consolidated stages and contextual shortcuts.


General Improvements

  • Intercom In-Chat Integration: open documentation articles directly within chat.

  • Enhanced Text Editor: word/character count in markdown and improved media upload validation.

  • DataView with Summaries: automatic counts and totals in listings for faster analysis.
