MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you connect AI assistants — such as Claude Code and Claude Desktop — to your Coodesh workspace. Once connected, the assistant can look up jobs, applications and assessments on your behalf, with no copying and pasting.
Before you start
MCP is available for company accounts. You need to be signed in to Coodesh and belong to at least one workspace.
How to connect
In your assistant, add an MCP server with this address:
https://coodesh.com/mcpThe assistant opens your browser on the Coodesh authorization screen.
Sign in, if you are not signed in already.
Choose which workspaces the assistant may reach. You can select more than one.
Click Authorize. The assistant is connected.
What permissions the assistant gets
The authorization screen shows exactly what the application will be able to do, split between Read and Change. Two rules always hold:
The assistant never gets more permissions than you already have. If you cannot see talent data in a workspace, neither can it.
Access applies only to the workspaces you selected.
Reviewing or disconnecting
Under My account > Security, the Connected assistants card lists everything you have authorized: the application, the workspaces, the permissions and recent activity. Click Disconnect to revoke access — it takes effect immediately.
Reconnecting
When you reconnect an assistant that already has access, the authorization screen opens with the workspaces it already reaches already selected. You can add new ones, remove the ones you no longer want, or simply confirm.
